Alarms by frequent moneybookers accounts freezing

From march of 2008 to October 2009 I lived my worst nightmare with online payment systems, paypal frozen my account, and after a desperate exchange of mails every week, I got my money back (but my business was foreclosed) so I have defended moneybookers as the best system because they don’t ---bother--- by anything, and if any, they’re comprehensive, nevertheless although my account has NEVER been frozen, several of the people round me have been frozen, and even deleted.

Know the causes?

I’m wondering about it, I think it was (any of the below):

• The money sending from outside the USA to the USA
• The partaking on some gambling / poker sites
• The introduction of false (or not whole true) personal data in the account
